We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to join our multinational partner. As the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for driving the overall architecture strategy and roadmap for our organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business units, to design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. You will provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in defining and implementing the technical vision and direction.
  • Design and document innovative cloud architectures using VMware NSX, vSphere, vRealize Suite, and VMware Cloud offerings.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Define and implement technical standards and best practices for cloud deployment and management.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to enhance project outcomes.
  • Lead discovery and planning sessions with customer technical teams, including applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business teams and third-party stakeholders to ensure comprehensive project integration.
  • Oversee orchestration and supervision during migrations and DR events, preparing detailed plans and reports.
  • Develop and execute cloud migration strategies for workloads and applications, ensuring secure and efficient hybrid cloud environments.
  • Guide and mentor the technical team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure enterprise-wide solutions
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a leadership or management role is preferred
  • Knowledge Regarding NORA Framework
  • TOGAF or other relevant certifications are a plus
