We are hiring for our Homecare division in Abu Dhabi. Position Nursing Coordinator Qualification: BSC nursing with min 3 to 4 yrs exp as Nurse manager or incharge or coordinator. Homecare Experience preferred. Should have knowledge on the following:
- Supervising a team of Nurses and nursing staff to provide holistic and integrated healthcare to patients
- Providing guidance, leadership, and training to nursing staff
- Designing and managing nursing schedules, assignments, and tasks
- Administering and monitoring resources and supplies, and other administrative duties
- Assisting in the selection, evaluation, and development of nursing staff
- Implementing regulatory guidelines and recommending steps to ensure patient and staff safety
- Single handedly managing Accreditation requirements like JCI / CARF
- Are you willing to work in Homecare?
