Senior Business Analyst Job description A senior business analyst is expected to review XXXX business processes and identifies opportunities and strategies to improve business/solution efficiency. They are also expected to assist in executing business plans and ensuring that the desired results are achieved in a timely manner. Responsibilities: · Identifying and addressing operational, functional, and technological demands and risks within the business. · Maintaining, testing, and improving business processes and systems operations. · Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. · Identifying and capitalizing on improvement potentials. · Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction. · Evaluating the performance of the solution to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. · Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management. · Acting as a liaison between business and implementation team. · Supervising the design of new services and evaluating how they will perform. · Creating monthly performance reports. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT or any related field. · Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations. · Proven experience as a business analyst, for at least 7 years. · knowledge of Business Process Modeling, and effective communication and leadership skills. · Certifications or training in relevant areas, such as project management, data analysis, or agile methodologies · Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or equivalent. · Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month Experience:
