Junior Industrial Engineer We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is ideal for an Indian national looking to kickstart their career in the field of industrial engineering. Responsibilities: - Assist senior industrial engineers in developing and implementing efficient processes and systems within our manufacturing facility - Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and reduce waste - Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and efficiency - Utilize Lean principles to identify and eliminate bottlenecks within the production process - Assist in developing standard operating procedures and train employees on new processes - Monitor production metrics and report on key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology that could improve production processes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field - Indian nationality preferred - Fluent in English - No prior experience required - Must be willing to relocate to Lusail, Qatar - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement - Knowledge of Lean principles is a plus - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team We offer a competitive salary package along with opportunities for growth within the company.
