The Senior Account Executive provides high-quality public relations services to Hanover's existing clients, together with timely research and administrative support for new business activity.The Senior Account Executive is also responsible for supporting press conferences and media events and, to a lesser extent, providing administrative support for client meetings. Senior Account Executives are required to establish demonstrably credible working relationships with clients, where appropriate.ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesStay abreast of the media, with the goal of identifying opportunities for coverageDraft high quality materials for client reviewMaintain relevant records of target stakeholder and audience groups relevant to your clients and sectorsContribute towards and actively participate in events including press conferences and stakeholder events, as agreed with project managersConduct value-add research and produce high quality draft intelligence reports for existing clients and sector specific new business meetingsDraft client meeting agendas and effective action notes arising from internal account meetings and sector specific new business meetings, together with efficient maintenance of new business databasesContribute towards selected new business pitches as part of the wider teamPersonal ManagementPromote and demonstrate the Hanover Values across the full range of the roleContribute to opportunities for continuous improvement in all areas of role delivery and the wider team processes and practicesDemonstrate an enthusiastic and proactive attitude to assessing requirements, completing tasks and delivering results for clients and for HanoverContribute towards marketing activities/events to promote HanoverProactively establish relationships with your peers outside of your immediate team and across the wider business (including in other markets)Take the time to understand what other teams in the business do (including in other markets)Adhere to company budget setting and management processesGood understanding of the Hanover financial and marketing systems including Maconomy and SalesforceRequirementswith agency/PR experience, client facingknows how to draft content, client plans, and reviews.2 - 2.5 years of work experienceself-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative in client activities with a strong work ethics ⬇ Drag and drop your images here to upload them.
