Job Overview: Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about productsand services, take orders by helping customers understand theproduct and answering questions about their orders, and escalate complaintsacross a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need tobe able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experienceworking with computers. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channelsEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Requirements:1- Business related field2-English language3-Fresh Graduate
