Eram Talent, a reputable Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is seeking a Nursery Specialist to join our team. As a Nursery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing plant propagation and nursery operations.If selected, the job location would be in the desired location. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery, including plant care, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. Ensure proper propagation and growth of plants, including seed sowing, cutting, grafting, and division. Implement and maintain nursery protocols and procedures to ensure quality and consistency. Monitor and maintain inventory of plants, supplies, and equipment. Train and supervise nursery staff in proper plant care techniques and nursery operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of plants for projects and sales. Continuously evaluate and improve nursery processes and practices for optimal efficiency and productivity. Requirements Min 8 years relevant work experience with Aquarium/Aquaculture specialist equipment and Facilities management in a large-scale project  Strong Knowledge and Experience of Projects, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance & Logistics Working in remote or difficult locations, particularly in project-based environment. Proven experience in plant propagation and nursery management. Strong knowledge of plant identification, growth requirements, and pests and diseases. Experience with irrigation systems and fertilization techniques. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. BenefitsSalary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
