Role PurposeThe Talent Growth Executive is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of training programs for employees at all levels within the organization. This includes creating and delivering training materials, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making recommendations for improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit stores and WH to identify learning gaps and development opportunities.Design, develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.Create and deliver training materials to employees, utilizing a variety of methods including classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate.Manage training expenses and resources, including coordinating with external vendors when necessary.Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and program evaluations.Manage assignments, adoption reports and dashboard on LMS.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldAt least 3 years of experience in training and development, with a track record of creating and implementing successful training programs.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Familiarity with a variety of training methods and technologies, including e-learning, virtual classroom, and gamification.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software is a plus.
