Job description ProfessionAircrew - PilotJobtitle Instructor pilot RAFALE M/FContractContract Term contract indefinite localDescription of the missionWithin DCI, as part of the Air Academy Qatar project, the pilot instructor is in charge of preparing, managing and facilitating, in English, training of flight trainees. It provides the customer with assistance and operational know-how on RAFALE for the initial training and training of the Rafale teams of the QEAF. In charge of:- Preparing and writing pedagogical, technical and operational documents, based on the documentation provided by the client;- Leading training (theoretical and practical)- Supporting and evaluating the teams- Participating in the supervision of the teams- Being the guarantor of compliance with flight safety rules- Writing the reports He also provides assistance to the customer to enable him to acquire the technical know-how on Rafale based on the documentation provided by the manufacturer and the operational documentation provided by the Air Force. It assists the Qatari instructors who transmit the technical know-how to the pilots in Rafale transformation during the Rafale base training, the updating of operational documentation and the creation and delivery of technical briefings.ProfileAs a young retiree from the French armed forces or in the process of retraining, you have acquired confirmed experience in the initial or advanced training of fighter pilots on Rafale and you wish to continue this activity within a company, today a reference in terms of training and in which you will find the state of mind and values that motivated you during your first career. You have a minimum of 1500 hours of flight time. As a teacher, you have demonstrated, during your military career, your ability to lead training, supervise trainees and develop a pedagogical method adapted to your audience. In addition to your technical skills, your interpersonal skills, your responsiveness, your adaptability as well as your rigor and your sense of customer service are essential assets in the accomplishment of your mission.
