Ltd. is a company that provides state-of-the-art engineering solutions and services in Concrete Rehabilitation, Protection, Structural Strengthening, Soil Stabilization Underpinning, Structural Health Monitoring, Ground Geophysical Surveys, Condition Assessment & Root Cause Analysis of Structural Defects & Ground Settlements, Leak Repair, Concrete Coring and Cutting, Demolition Solutions, Fire Stopping and Fireproofing Solutions, and Industrial Flooring Solutions. The company is located in Jiddah and is committed to delivering quality services to its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Officer. The Billing Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with billing and invoicing. The role includes working directly with clients in order to communicate pricing information, creating invoices, and handling billing systems. Manage financial documents, including receipts and invoices and ensure these documents are properly filed, Sustain accurate records of accounts statements, reconcile bank records to financial statements, provide information and prepare reports to the finance and accounting departments and Analyze data to determine budget plans for the company.QualificationsExperience in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems.Strong Analytical Skills with a solid foundation in Finance.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues.Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.Adept at quickly learning and navigating new software and systems.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience in the Construction and Engineering industry is a plus.
