Location: Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaRole Purpose:Responsible for the operational maintenance and repair services including planned and routine servicing of equipment, buildings and facilities; and where necessary repair of equipment to prescribed standards; and ensuring that all work meets set quality assurance standards.Key Accountabilities:Designs and develops the Maintenance strategy on site.Establishes the service level agreements with client representatives, related to maintenance policies and procedures, including comprehensive Standing Operating Procedures (covering all aspects of maintenance support, servicing and repair) in support of equipment, facilities and buildings as appropriate including the various matrixes required to monitor requirements.Manage the Maintenance and Repair functions in coordination with the superintendents, to ensure that equipment, facilities and buildings are operational and available at all times.Establish periodic maintenance schedules for the maintenance activities of facilities and establish priorities in coordination with the Planning Office and unit managers.Reviews failure and breakdown analysis with a view to establish corrective action plans as necessary and produces trend analysis reports.Analyses system operating data and evaluates the overall effectiveness of the maintenance activities.Maintains and analyses cost ledgers associated with the Maintenance functions across all areas, particularly that involving capital equipment.Establishes liaison and interface with other departments particularly, unit managers, procurement, warehousing, logistics, HR and material management.Oversees the re-supply schedules for consumables and fast-moving items with the procurement and warehousing departments so as to minimize delays in undertaking routine maintenance.Establish and manage a 24/7 maintenance emergency and response and repair organization, including formulation of priorities, general operating routine and procedures.Identifies and coordinates the training and continuation training needs for the Maintenance functions program including health and safety issues.Coordinates with HSE department to ensure that all maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with the acceptable standards.Collects data in order to establish Quality System reports and initiate recommendations for continuous improvements.Conducts maintenance operations in a financially aware manner so as to reduce costs and remain within programmed budget lines and identify potential savings measures.Maintains customer relation and ensures customer satisfaction.Develops and manages the protocols required to manage upgrades and refurbishment planning and delivery.Oversee execution of divisions 24-hour on-call rotation and ensure that response times remain within Companys. Role Requirements:Bachelor of Engineering / Facility Management or equivalentMinimum 15 years of experience in Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Project manager or Maintenance and Repair in a large organization.Minimum 10 years as manager.Experience in Asset Management, condition surveys.
