We are Swan Global looking for **BMS System Supervisor** for Doha Location. Please find the job details below:
Job Title **:BMS System Supervisor**
Location: Doha
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist QU-Facility Management staff and contractors with maintaining IP -BMS systems including Honeywell, Tridium, Seimens, BMS software interfaces.
- Supervise in Inspection and repairs of various types of BMS devices on site.
- Supervise the diagnosing faults on all BMS support systems and rectifying where within levels of competence.
- Supervise new installation of BMS system including programming.
- Following detailed drawings and operational maintenance manuals in order to carry out all planned maintenance, routine inspections and repairs.
**Education & Experience**
- Must have 3 year full time technical Diploma in Engineering/ Science course from a recognized technical college or equivalent qualification
- Minimum Five (5) years' experience in the installation, Maintenance and implementation of IP-BMS systems including, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance.
- Must possess the technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex BMS systems.
