Job Description:

**Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant and functional designs.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop high-quality graphics for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.

- Design marketing materials, banners, and promotional content that align with the company's branding guidelines.

- **User Research**:

- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and needs.

- Use insights from user research to inform and iterate on UI/UX designs for optimal user satisfaction.

- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver visually striking graphics for social media campaigns.

- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the final product.

- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and other relevant tools for both UI/UX and graphic design.

- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design assets.

- Develop and update design guidelines to ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.

- **Stay Updated**:

- Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

- Continuously seek to improve skills and adapt to new design tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
