Job Description The Rental Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales and marketing activities related to the company's rental car services. This includes developing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate must have a strong background in sales and a good understanding of the rental car industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to maximize rental car bookings and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including setting targets and monitoring performance
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase market share
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and make recommendations
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay updated with industry developments and participate in relevant events and trade shows
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in rental car sales, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the rental car industry and market dynamics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
