**Salary and Benefits**:

Competitive salary: _**QAR 2,200/ per month + Overtime**_

**Position Overview**:

As an _**Offset Printing Press Operator**_, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our printing processes, leading to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining printing presses, as well as troubleshooting minor issues to uphold quality standards and meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review job orders and make necessary adjustments to the printing machine to ensure accurate and high-quality outputs.

- Install printing plates with the images to be printed and adjust the pressure settings accordingly.

- Load paper into the press and adjust settings to accommodate paper size.

- Feed paper through press cylinders and adjust feed and tension controls as needed.

- Fill ink and dampening solution fountains of the press to maintain optimal printing conditions.

- Regularly inspect the press machine for any malfunctions and perform troubleshooting on minor issues such as creaking sounds.

- Coordinate with the in-house maintenance team for any major machine malfunctions requiring technical assistance.

- Perform maintenance tasks on the printing machine to ensure its optimal performance.

- Clean the printing press and peripherals regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent buildup.

- Possess a certificate or training program in Printing Technology to demonstrate technical expertise.

- Have at least 3 years of related working experience in a printing facility.

- Familiarize oneself with installing different machine parts of the press such as plates, rollers, and feed guides, and adjust them to meet required printing standards.

- Maintain attention to detail throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Demonstrate technical knowledge of printing machines and their operation.

- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR2,200.00 per month
