Position: Technical Sales Engineer - Architectural Glazing Systems

Location: Qatar

Are you a dynamic individual with a background in Architecture, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, possessing a deep understanding of Architectural Glazing systems? Euro Systems is seeking a talented Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and a drive to excel in the construction and architecture market, Architectural Glazing systems ( Curtain Wall systems, Sliding Glass Doors & Windows, Bi-fold Doors, etc), and active knowledge of the Aluminium & Glazing industry

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales by promoting Euro Systems products and solutions.

Conduct daily site visits to generate leads and identify new project opportunities.

Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders.

Offer tailored suggestions based on customer requirements and preferences.

Utilize your technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential clients.

Collaborate with architects, clients, and consultants to integrate Euro Systems products into design proposals.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Actively participate in meetings and presentations to promote our systems.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads and deals.

Identify opportunities for business expansion and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Prepare accurate bids in collaboration with relevant departments.

Liaise with production and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Analyze sales and marketing reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Gather feedback from project managers and engineers to ensure successful project execution.

Meet assigned sales targets within specified deadlines.

Manage customer relationships, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Adhere to company marketing guidelines and support marketing initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture/Interior Design.

Additional Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of architectural principles.

Background in customer service.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Construction, Architectural, and Interior sales in Qatar.

Valid Qatar Driving License. (Must)
