Responsibilities:- Provide disciplined Hook-up support in Brownfield Project environment in line with PMT expectations on HSE, Quality and Technical needs.
  • Liaison with Operations, Pre-commissioning, Design, Engineering and Quality groups to obtain full scope understanding.
  • Contribute and activity participate in constructability reviews, plans to drive design optimizations.
  • Review and assist with the development of implementation Hook-up estimates.
  • Identify carry over works and escalate to line management.
  • Support and contribute the development of construction work packs.
  • Develop a man hour summary via the task sheet / job card module.
  • Identify and support the timely delivery of documentation, fabrication, materials, personnel and vendors aligned to Project delivery schedule.
  • Monitor and report implementation related changes and growth during the course of the project.
  • Support site surveys during the engineering development phase.
  • Travel to facilities to assist project team and coordinate execution aligned to project schedule.
  • In conjunction with offshore manager / focal point assist with the alignment of handover priorities.
  • Assist pre-commissioning Engineers with effective use of personnel to help achieve further handover post & l iaise with Functional Management / PMT to ensure best practice and innovations to optimize delivery against schedule milestones are being achieved.
  • Monitor and record punch list status and escalate accordingly to line management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation against procedural compliance. (Daily Reports / As built)
