As an Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the client base within the events sector of the hospitality industry. You will proactively engage with potential clients, offer customized event solutions, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Eram Talent offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Responsibilities Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking events and online platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry, understanding their event requirements and offering tailored solutions Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring revenue targets are met Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of event projects Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the events sector Requirements Minimum of 3 or more years' experience as a Sales Executive in the events or hospitality industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the events sector Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Flexibility to travel as required
