Your Role -Future-Oriented, Challenging and Smart. To deliver sales targets forSiemens Smart Infrastructure Solutions and Services (Smart BuildingApplications) in Eastern Region of KSA. Generate profitable sales inconsultative selling model for service business in Building Automation (BMS),Lighting Control, Integrated Security, Access Control Systems, Fire Safety andFire Alarm Systems, and related 3rd party smart systems.Manage Accounts & securerelationship with End users as well as General Contractor, EPC, MEP Contractorsfor identification of projects and securing the desired market share acrossvarious targeted Verticals like healthcare, datacenter, Commercial buildings,Oil and Gas and Petro-chemical industries.Build relationship with KeyEnd Users in Private, Government and Semi-Government Sectors as well as MajorEngineering Design and Consulting Companies to identify and influence projectsfrom early stage. Identify, target, andaddress Smart Digital Services (Connected Remote Services) with high focus ongrowing the on-prem or on-cloud digital platforms and IoT based solutions fordriving predictive AI based maintenance services.Identify, target, andaddress Smart mechanical Services.Identify, target and addresscompetitors installed base for system replacement and upgrade by Siemensportfolio (by driving Value Added Services). Ensure weekly, monthly,quarterly and Annual Forecast of business while using the Business Tools likeSalesforce.Strong Market & DomainKnowledge in Key Verticals like Healthcare, Data Center, Hospitality, higherEducation, Oil and Gas, Banking, and Petro-chemical industries. Work in cooperation withother BU's and other departments leveraging on Cross-BU Selling and leveragingSiemens Overall Brand.Reporting to the SalesManager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Business, SiemensIndustries, KSA. YourQualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid! Electrical, Electronics,Mechanical, Mechatronic, Computer Science- Engineering Bachelor's Degree from areputable University. 5-10 years relevantexperience in Sales, Solution Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, withstrong knowledge of Contractors, Consultants and End-Users in Eastern Region. Good understanding ofContract Terms and Conditions as per Saudi Law. Arabic & EnglishSpeaker. Vast experience in BuildingManagement system with a strong knowledge of HVAC.Ability to understand clientrequirements and offer solutions in Building Automation Systems and Solutions,Security and Access Control Systems and Smart Building Applications.
