Qualifications & Skills:A minimum of 8 years of senior level experiencein manufacturing operations.A college degreeis required with a technical major preferred. BSME ideal, BSMfgE, or BSIE or other bachelor's degree in technical area is a strong plus.Prior experiencein a similar material environment which deploys manual as well as automation.A successful track recordof achieving growth and profitability targets for multiple manufacturing sites.Definitive experiencein single-piece flow systems, or focused work teams, lean, 6 Sigma, 5S and other continuous improvement programs would be a plus.
