As a Customer Advisor at IIQAF, you will be responsible for providing our clients with exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients and update their profiles in our CRM system Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfactionQualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Knowledge of the quality assurance and finance industry is a plus
