**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
**Employee Relations**:Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
**Onboarding and Orientation**:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Coordinate orientation programs to familiarize employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
**Training and Development**:Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.
Support career development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
**HR Policies and Compliance**:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
**Event Staff Management**:Work closely with event project managers to understand staffing requirements for various events.
Oversee the recruitment and management of event staff, ensuring proper training and coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- **Based in Qatar**:
- **Must have Qatar ID**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the events industry.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, Qatar labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Human Resources Manament: 2 years (preferred)
