What you’ll do

  • Build and drive the company’s operational capabilities.
  • Have your fingerprints all over Taffi’s business. You’ll use your curiosity and other skills to execute quickly, get 1% better every day, and roll out playbooks to grow the business which means everything from high-level strategy to specific operational details.
  • Develop optimal strategies for best serving our customers and stylists and make determinations as to where we should invest/allocate resources.
  • Coordinate with our customer success team to provide a great experience for our customers.
  • Design innovative processes to onboard partners, manage utilization, and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Review, analyze, and prepare customers' and stylists' data for import to our application.
  • Guarantee supply and leverage deep analytical insights to deliver high-impact results.
  • Analytics and data drive everything we do: styling, strategy, decisions, and people. We have two networks we are trying to build: stylists and customers.
Skills & experience we're excited about
  • 4+ years of managing operations experience in a marketplace or in the e-commerce industry and ideally in a field that makes extensive use of data. (if you have more or less, get in touch anyway and we'll figure something out if you're the right person!)
  • Significant customer management experience and/or experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CRM and Jira Software experience.
  • Strong attention to detail; analytical and inquisitive nature.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter personality; comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Interest in software and data; familiarity with direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Product Management skills and qualification in engineering is a plus
