Employee and Leadership Development Manager - Dubai

Our client, with a legacy spanning over 140 years and a commitment to creating high-quality medicines for patients, is looking to employ an Employee and Leadership Development Manager for the META region based in Dubai. As a key player in the organization, the META Employee and Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive employee and leadership development strategy that aligns with our client's key organizational objectives and business opportunities. This role involves working closely with key functional and business leaders across the region as well as the META hub leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen coaching capabilities, elevate employee effectiveness, and enhance the overall impact and success of the workforce. Collaboration is essential, working seamlessly with key business partners, managers, coaches, and the HR team to identify development needs, create tailored programs, and measure their impact. The client seeks a strategic thinker who can navigate the intersection of organizational goals and individual growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Basic Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related area
  2. Experience directly supporting senior leaders across the organization
  3. Proven ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  4. Healthcare experience or exposure to healthcare/pharma industry
  5. Leadership development experience
  6. Strong track record of performance and critical thinking skills
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Adherence to client's values and purpose
  9. Advanced English proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs
  2. Develop and deliver a tailored META employee development program
  3. Engage and partner with hub leaders to accelerate leadership and coaching capabilities
  4. Work closely with Meta hub lead team, HR, and business leaders to implement L&D programs
  5. Consult with business partners to prioritize and address L&D gaps
  6. Participate in pilot programs and provide feedback for program improvement
  7. Ensure quality facilitation and implementation of training programs
  8. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and drive performance improvement solutions
