The Government Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in our team in Saudi Arabia, steering daily operations related to crucial government entities such as GOSI, MUDAD, HRDF, CoC, PASI, GPSSA, SIO, PIFSS, and Abu Dhabi Pension. The role encompasses managing the Government Relations team, generating comprehensive reports for internal and client use, and serving as a key liaison between clients and government authorities at all levels.The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, client relationship managers, client key contacts, and regulatory bodies. A keen understanding of the latest rules and regulations, the capability to offer guidance on regulatory compliance issues, and active participation in client-related meetings and events are essential. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in an exciting and fast-growing organizationManage the government relations team members on daily tasks related to various government entities.Prepare comprehensive GOSI templates, reports, and forms, and liaise with GOSI or any GCC authorities when required.Draft letters and submit them through the CoC portal for attestation.Create online accounts for clients or secondary access in government portals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, client relationship managers, client key contacts, and regulatory bodies.Stay updated with the latest rules and regulations, as well as best practices for Government Portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, MUDAD, MHRSD, etc.Monitor and analyze relevant policy developments and changes that may impact the firm's client operations and provide timely feedback to the relevant CRMs.Provide guidance to internal CRMs on regulatory compliance issues and government affairs matters.Coordinate and participate in meetings, events, and other activities related to clients along withthe CRMs and provide required support from a GRD perspective.Provide research, advice, and guidance in relation to government relations matters to the cluster, case worker, or CRM.Prepare periodic reports for management or relevant authorities in relation to GRD.SkillsUniversity degree in business administration or relevant discipline.Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR/Government relations leading role.Familiarity with the regulatory environment and government processes/portals.Experience in dealing with government authorities and managing relationships with stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of government processes and regulatory frameworks.Customer-oriented, with an understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, communication, and process execution.Desired SkillsProject management skills.Strong cultural awareness and understanding of local business etiquette.Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.Problem-solving skills.Leadership skills.High level of confidentiality.Ability to train and develop team members.
