Quality ManagerOur client is an international project management company who are currently involved in the construction project management of several large medical projects.To add to their existing team they require a Quality ManagerYou will be based at the companies main office with other core members of the project management team.Duties:Leads QMS Internal Audit meetingsPerforms QMS Internal AuditsUpdates Audit ScheduleFollows up on QMS Internal Audit Findings and updates Corrective Actions and Audit Findings databaseMonitors effectiveness of implemented continuous Quality improvementsFacilitates and supports the Quality Management SystemArranges and conducts QMS training, including induction and departmental training at both locally and group wideInterfaces with Department and Project Managers for identifying and implementing improvement of work methodsParticipates in external (3rd party) audits, i.e. NSAI, CustomerContributes to the development and implementation of Group Improvement Programs and SystemsSupports the Group Quality Manager and Office Quality Manager in any Quality related activitiesAct as the single point of contact (S.P.O.C.) for quality activities on projects where a quality resource has been identified.Develops, documents and implements project specific processImplements and manages project Collaboration sitesArranges and conducts project specific training e.g. project specific process, collaboration siteLiaises with various project team members to identify and optimize project specific process where applicable.Leads and/or participates project audits both internal and externally English - Very Good Arabic - Fluent / Excellent Own a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAny Job Skills Requirements:You will have at least 15 yrs. of experience.Major experience in Western countries with some experience in the gulf region.Medical experience would be highly beneficialDegree qualifiedConditions:An excellent basic tax free salary will be provided along with allowances for accommodation and transport.
