JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Planning & Portfolio Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. As the Planning & Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the planning and portfolio management functions across multiple projects and programs. The successful candidate will ensure effective resource allocation, schedule adherence, and risk management while driving the successful delivery of projects and programs.Responsibilitiesโ€ข Lead the planning and scheduling activities for a portfolio of projects and programsโ€ข Develop and maintain project schedules using project management softwareโ€ข Monitor and track project progress and report on status to stakeholdersโ€ข Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategiesโ€ข Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure deliverables are on track and meet quality standardsโ€ข Provide guidance and support on project planning and scheduling best practicesโ€ข Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesโ€ข Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes Desired Candidate Profileโ€ข Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and portfolio managementโ€ข Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Project Management) One year of participation in project management and preparation of plans Strategy and portfolio preparation with certifications Scientific or training in the field such as (P3O PfMP PMP). Participate in the preparation of strategies and action plans to evaluate Improving institutional performance within the scope of the project.โ€ข Participation In preparing the five-year portfolio of the copmany projects, and following up Implementation and updating.โ€ข Ability to manage an integrated team to follow up on the company's projectsโ€ข Proficiency in Arabic and English Spoken and written.โ€ข Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and toolsโ€ข Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6โ€ข Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsโ€ข Strong communication and leadership abilitiesCompany Industry Consulting Management Consulting Advisory Services Department / Functional AreaKeywordsDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
