As the Head of Marketing for the Rental Car Division in the automotive sector in Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the rental car division's marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring its successful implementation.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of the rental car division and the overall automotive industry landscape in Saudi Arabia.2. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the rental car division's brand image and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.4. Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, and partnerships.5. Digital Marketing: Drive the digital marketing efforts of the rental car division, including website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media marketing.6. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement strategies to attract new customers while also fostering loyalty and retention among existing customers through targeted marketing initiatives and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.7. Promotions and Pricing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers, pricing strategies, and incentive programs to drive rental car bookings and maximize revenue.8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and operational processes.9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives while optimizing return on investment (ROI).10. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.11. Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing marketing activities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance in all marketing efforts.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the automotive industry, with specific experience in rental car marketing highly preferred.• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and automotive industry trends.• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.• Familiarity with relevant marketing tools and platforms.• Strong business acumen and financial acumen.Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
