As an Odoo Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning our business processes and technology with our clients' needs using the Odoo platform. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing, designing, and implementing Odoo-based solutions that drive efficiency and business value. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and gather detailed requirements for Odoo implementation.Process Analysis and Mapping: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through Odoo.Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure Odoo solutions meet client needs.Project Management: Assist in managing Odoo projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Testing and Validation: Coordinate testing efforts, validate the functionality of Odoo applications, and ensure they meet business requirements.Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of Odoo solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user guides. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to Odoo or other ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team and independently.Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Certifications Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.
