About Our Client Confidential Fintech Company Job Description Key Responsibilities:Lead the Data Strategy: In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our data strategy, ensuring alignment with Tawreed's commercial objectives. Your strategic vision will guide the organization in leveraging data to drive business success.Data Plan Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a comprehensive data plan, complete with KPIs and metrics. Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing a framework to measure, monitor, and align our data efforts, driving continuous improvement.Technical IT Support: Provide hands-on technical support to users during the transaction phase, ensuring seamless data integration and system functionality. Your technical acumen will be instrumental in overcoming challenges and optimizing data processes.Data Privacy and Security: Uphold and enforce high standards of data privacy and security. As the custodian of our data assets, you will implement robust measures to safeguard sensitive information, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate for the lead data position is an accomplished professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the FinTech or banking industry.You should demonstrate a proven track record in leading successful data initiatives, possessing a strategic mindset to align data strategies with commercial objectives.You excel in developing comprehensive data plans with KPIs and metrics, providing hands-on technical support during transaction phases, and ensuring the highest standards of data privacy and security. Your qualifications should be complemented by insights gained from working in leading positions within the field of data, reflecting a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.Additionally, you should be collaborative, innovative, and capable of driving continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment.
