About Our Client The Client is an international business with global presence who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department and drive the people strategy forward. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a passion for fostering a positive work culture. Job Description The Key responsibilities of the role will include:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Develop retention strategies to ensure employee engagement and longevity.Performance Management: Establish performance management systems and processes to drive employee productivity and development. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify learning needs and opportunities for career growth.Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Compliance: Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.Leadership and Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing HR team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members. The Successful Applicant The Successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.Proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering a positive work culture.
