KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The CFO has to manage the financial control framework that must be followed by the Group and allsubsidiary business areas, to take responsibility for all financial information provided internally and externally, planning / planned sources of finance and, to give guidance on, and approval to, the interpretation of accounting standards and policies.KEY JOB SPECIFICATIONSCandidate should be specialized in District cooling projectsWell rounded experience in utilities finance managementComing from well reputable utility company.Strong leadership skillsHas past experience in project finance and dealt with international banks.Come from an international utilities company.Closed concession transactions in BOT and BOOT.Has commercial background.Negotiated project finance transactions with banks JOB TITLE : CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)DEPARTMENT : Finance & AccountsREPORTS TO : CEO& Board of DirectorsQUALIFICATIONS : CPA/ CA/Masters or Equivalent with MBAEXPERIENCE : 10 - 15 Years of relevant experience in finance functions.Preferably in major corporate sector.
