As part of its growth roadmap, technological innovation, data science, artificial intelligence, and robotics will take center stage as Kitopi continues to reinvent the food industry as we know it today.With over 4,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates 200+ locations across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, and runs its engineering hub in Krakow, Poland, its robotics hub in Denmark, and its global customer experience center in Dubai, UAE.To meet Kitopi's goals, as an Associate - Quality Control, you have to oversee and control all quality control activities (hygiene, santitation) in accordance with identified quality assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications, and contract requirements.What You'll DoLeading the cleaning & sanitation program for the entire facility to ensure strict compliance with safety standardsConducting raw material inspections, raising NCRs, communicating, and following up on supplier issues.Conducting in-process food safety and quality checks of production, packaging process, storage, and dispatch.Raising purchasing and maintenance requestsConducting site food safety and health & safety inspection, and participating in internal and external audits, as well as action planning and corrective action implementationConducting customer complaint investigations and root cause analysisCoordinating with Culinary product development for process validation.Lead projects involving adopting and integrating new equipment/appliances on the premises.To initiate communication with service providers to ensure all factory operations are fully supported.Who Are We Looking For?BSc. Food Tech or Microbiology background or any science-related course.Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control in a catering company is a must.Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GWP, and relevant SFDA food standardsLeadership and team working skills within own area and across the business.Effective usage of data analysis tools.With a strong personality and can handle high-pressure situations.With experience in handling Local Municipality Inspections or any type of food safety audits.Driving license holder.Recruitment Process and TimelineFirst, you apply and let our recruiters review your profile.
