Our RSO Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation, control and compliance of all Retail Standard Operating Policies & Procedures ensuring in-store presence to gather pain points and report back to RSO team.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise LPO to the supplier and contractorSend and follow-up contracts to Finance for signatureRaise DOAProceed payments of suppliers and contractors in Hive Express platformUpdate Opex and Capex trackerMarketing events permitReview RSO platform and follow-up on store auditCreate New supplier in EmacPlace Supplies and stationary ordersPlace orders for professional use in the salonGet the insurance from admin team, the car test from driver and submit the renewalCollect updates from ops and e-com team to do the pptEcom TasksAccomplish with the team the SLA of (time of delivery, quantity and quality)Investigate issues and coordinate with HCCUpdate orders tracker in google sheetBook for DG with logistics dailyBooking of orders with DSPWhat you'll need to succeed 2 years of experience as operation coordinator in Retail.Intermediate/Fluent English Language.Driving LicenseWhat we can offer youWith us,you will turn your aspirations into reality.
