The OfferJoin a well known brand within AutomotiveWork in a company with a solid track record of performanceAttractive Salary & BenefitsThe JobYour responsibilities will include:Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.Ensure high level technical support to lower level technicians.Show expertise in working with team and independently.Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.Weld using cutting torch.Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks and bobcats.Comply with company and customer regulations and policies.Handle personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal tool lists.Handle time accounting ad complete work order.Manage positive customer and employee relations.Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.Conducts preventive maintenance, warranty work, and repair services of all hygiene equipment,Complies with company Standards, procedures, guidelines, and food safety/HACCP practices while installing and servicing equipment at customer premises.Maintains accurate records of customer visits, and parts transactions, and provides a customer service report for each site visit, service inspection or completed work/repair.Maintains on time service according to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and 3S system (Service Schedule System).Operates Delivery/Service Devices to ensure on-time service (3S), while maintaining accurate stock levels of parts in van with receipt/issue records, and producing visit reports.Coordinates with 3S Coordinator/Sales staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards.Safely operates technical equipment, power tools, and hand tools -such as drills, grinders, crimpers, riveters, etc.Attend appropriate technical and manufacturer trainingLiaise with 3S Coordinator for service routes and correct client information.Adheres to company and Customer OHS policies, procedures, rules, and safe work practices.Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMaintaining the inventory control for mobile warehouse.Maintain financial documents related to services, with responsibility for accuracy and record-keeping.Report all accidents and incidents to the Line Manager.Complies with Quality Assurance activities.Performs other duties as assigned.The ProfileMechanical diploma/degree.Mechanical Skilled Trade License and certifications as appropriate5 years of professional experience.Saudi driving license is a mustGood communication skillThe salary will be in between 4500 SAR to 5000 SAR + Other benefits as per the company policy.
