With a commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology, Dingli has established itself as one of the top three manufacturers of aerial work platforms worldwide.About the Job:You will assist the company with all after sales service matters including but not limited to telephone technical support, fault finding, machine repairs, warranty claims and spare parts processing.Responsibilities:1. Field and workshop maintenance on EWP's & Material Handling products.2. Resolve any warranty issues as required and communicate any problems limiting a repair completion.3. Provide Technical Product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives and equipment.4. Support Dingli AWP customer base through travelling to sites around the Saudi Arabia region for Dingli equipment sales and repairs when required.5. Continue to advance skills, licensing and qualifications where necessary to complete the roles and responsibilities of your employed position with Dingli AWP.Requirements1. College degree in engineer or equivalent.2. At least 3 years experience as a service technician in the mechanical or equivalent industry.3. Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Saudi Arabia will be a definite advantage.4. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.5. Good understanding of customers dynamic.6. The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.7. Fluent written and spoken English/Arabic.8. Possess current unrestricted permanent work rights in Saudi Arabia.
