The GM - Project sales is primarily responsible to develop sales and provide market insights, create new customers and maintaining the existing customer base. Have good contacts with developers / builders and get bulk contracts for furnishing apartments, mosques, offices, etc. in Riyadh and nearby region. Manage P&L for project sales business.Develop and implement strategic plan to drive accelerated division growthAbility to generate new sales lead and convert them to orders Building positive business relationships and identifying new markets Maintain proactive internal relationships Business focused and result orientedGenerate accurate market insights to support business growth Job Requirements: Qualifications:Graduate with at least five years of relevant experience Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate in English and Arabic Working knowledge on computer applications Skills RequiredP&L, Sales and Operational Team Management for growth in businessSales, Margin and Product Fulfillment Forecasting Marketing and Trades Show StrategyTeam DevelopmentStrategic Relationship Building with clients and vendorsBuilding internal allies and collaborating with cross functional teamsCoaching and mentoring to build and expand the sales organization
