Responsiblity:Greetingguests upon arrival and making them feelwelcomed.Administering check-ins andcheck-outs.Providing front desk services toguests.Assigning rooms and taking care ofadministrative duties.Delivering mail andmessages.Processing guestpayments.Coordinating with bell service andstaff management.Being a source of informationto guests on various matters such as transport and restaurantadvice.Processing meal and beveragerequests.Accommodating general and uniquerequests.Diffusing conflict or tensesituations with guests.
