FunctionalResponsibilities:1. Monitors all IT Alerts.2.Validate Alerts and determine Impact (Event).3.Based on impact - promote the event to the appropriate Priority asdefined in our ITSM4. Notify the Service Desk,Tier 3 support, TAM, and RTAM of the Event.5.Report issues to Service Providers / Vendors.6.Set up a technical support bridge.7. Providesupport by providing logs/alerts before and during events tosupport teams.8. Optimize Alerting byeliminating False Positives.9. CommunicateCritical Event status and impact to Management Staff(i.e.Supervisor,
