Job Title: CRM System Project Manager - Real Estate Location: Fully Remote/Europe-Based Client Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of a CRM system tailored for our real estate operations. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption across our real estate division. Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management:
    • Lead the planning and execution of the CRM system implementation project for the real estate division.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to allocate resources and manage project dependencies.
  2. System Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure and customize the CRM system to meet the unique needs and workflows of the real estate division.
    • Design and implement custom fields, workflows, and automation rules to streamline processes and optimize user experience.
    • Integrate the CRM system with other real estate software and tools, such as property management systems and listing platforms.
  3. Data Migration and Quality Assurance:
    • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to the CRM system.
    • Develop data migration strategies and scripts, and conduct data mapping and cleansing activities to maintain data integrity.
    • Perform quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration.
  4. User Training and Adoption:
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on system functionalities, best practices, and reporting capabilities.
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing questions, concerns, and system-related issues.
  5. System Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize system enhancements and updates.
    • Implement configuration changes and enhancements to address evolving business needs and improve user productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in CRM system implementation and administration, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading CRM system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong technical skills, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools, such as property management systems and listing platforms, is preferred.
