Be responsible for spa treatmentconsultations and identification of possiblecontraindications.Be responsible forperforming beauty therapy treatments, massage and body therapytreatments and specialized treatments for the members and guests tothe required standard and provide guests with home-care well-beingprogram.Be responsible for after care advicefor the member of guestBe responsible forachieving retail salesEnsure that alltreatment rooms and therapy back of house areas are maintained tohigh standards of cleanliness andhygieneEnsure that all equipment is servicedas part of a preventative maintenanceprogramCarry out spa tours and spaconsultations with guests and members, giving personalized adviceand promote facilities, treatments andproductsAssist during spa promotions andeventsAssist with marketing and publicrelationsHave complete knowledge andunderstanding of all services and productsofferedUphold the standards of sanitation andsterilization as directed by law and the spa's policiesand proceduresPerform prep work, properlyclean and restock room as requiredActivelypromote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well asprograms, promotions and/or discountsavailableHandle guests' questionsand concerns professionally andcourteouslyProvide accurate, appropriate andimmediate responses to all requests byguestsPossess the ability to work withoutdirect supervisionAssist in all areas of spaoperation as requested bymanagementCommunicate to management any andall occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that requireattentionEnsure correct records are kept formember and guest visits, treatments andpurchasesEnsure correct information isrecorded for stock control in accordance with the SeniorTherapistBe responsible for treatment laundrystock inventory and securityEnsure that allpotential and real hazards are reported immediately andrectifiedEnsure that all staff within thedepartment works in a manner, unlikely to give risk of harm orinjury to themselves or others.
