Prepare drilling, workover or interventionprograms to achieve the objectives specified in the Well Prognosisor Workover Proposal. The programs shall be prepared in accordancewith CLIENT policies Standards and Procedures and shall include:casing setting depths, bit types, logging, hydraulic, mud program,deviation and well trajectory and wellhead designs and shall takeinto account potential problems from offset welldata.Ensure that HSE considerations are giventhe highest priority at the well design and program stages. Userisk and hazard management techniques to ensure that allsignificant risks are eliminated or controlled and provide anunrelenting commitment to achieving a safeoperation.Monitor and support the operations onthe assigned rig and manage any required changes in the drillingprogram in accordance with the Management of Changeprocedures.Collect data and prepare the keyperformance indicators for all wells drilled on assigned rigs anduse the indicators to improve performance on a continuousbasis.Support and train new Qatari engineers asrequired to achieve CLIENT objectives.
