Job details
The candidate should have strongtechnicalknowledge of the below process and operations: •Develop the necessary operational activitiesto meet and supportQNCC departments' merchandising andinventory needs.• Manage the stores operationsand ensure achievement ofagreed departmentalrequirements. • Provide the plannedstockrequirements that QNCC is receiving over the next few monthstakinginto account current stock on hand, current stock on orderandforecasted consumption. • Prepare areplenishment planduring shutdown to prevent shortageshutdown. • Provideinputs and relevantinformation (e.g., maximum/minimum stock level,EOQ, etc.) to theHead of Purchase and the General Secretary of theTender &Procurement Committee in the development of theAnnual ProcurementPlan (APP). • Issue written andoralinstructions to Stores personnel regarding new StoresSectionpolicies and procedures. • Ensure optimum stockonpremises and adequate stocks are available. •Supervise theannual physical inventorycommittee.
