Job details
Position Name: Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- ETL: Collect data from various sources within the company, process, and load into our SQL server database to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
- Regular reporting: Periodically update existing recurring reports and make minor changes as needed
- Ad Hoc reporting: Occasionally create basic reports as needed
- IT Troubleshooting: Analyze, solve, and correct issues pertaining to data in the database when they
- Invoice processing: Monthly processing of invoice payments for CRM and related
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills is a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- SQL background is a must (Writing queries and procedures)
- VBA skills is a plus
- Other programming skills used for automation is a plus
- Understanding of business systems is a plus ( CRM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical minded with strong attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter that proactively looks for ways to improve existing processes and suggest them to the team
- English is business level or above (Because many reports or data in the database are in English).
