Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description - Responsible for inspect import raw materials of supplier and their quality, customer quality satisfaction & in process quality audit. - Successfully handling all testing machines. - Material inspection – incoming & in-house. - Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, insuring ad-hence to quality standards, norms, & taking corrective action. - To conduct daily internal rejection. - Responsible for good quality of the part of all production process, and overall quality from inward outward in the plant. - Successfully handle of manpower and their related problem. - Knowledge of Plastics compounding using high speed mixers and processing parameters for compounding . - Manufacturing of RPVC pipes, Elec. Conduit Pipes, Single & Twin-screw ext-ruder handling & maintain color matching. - Process monitoring and trouble shooting of PVC, CPVC - Upvc processing. - Parameter setting and die setting of machines. - Thickness controlled and different size thickness formulation - Modification of Compounds & process systems to achieve better production to customers satisfactions. - Online process controlling and daily production checking and gave the information to boss. - To handle BIS, Lining and all of BIS related problem. The manufactured products are PVC pipes uPVC agriculture pipes SWR pipes and Fittings Conduit pipes And LLDPE water storage tanks, Quick coupled pipes for irrigation systems, Polyethylene pipes for irrigation laterals, irrigation equipment's like emitters and emitting systems, etc. Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of engineering preferably production Engineering.
  • Industrial engineering master degree is a plus.
  • Experience in Injection molding – not less than 10 years.
  • On ground experience in applying production & Planning engineering tools as Lean manufacturing, 5S , six sigma ..etc.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in reading data sheets of plastic material.
  • Competencies: Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, project management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with service orientation
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and inclusion abilities as well as sensitivity to diverse cultures
  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal coaching
  • Must be decisive in ambiguous environment
  • Fluent Business English.
  • Results-oriented and attention to details.
