Job details
Manage and train the local administrativeteam (accounting, cash collection, tax & legal, treasury,internal control, cost control, payroll) • Ensure theproduction of the subsidiary's corporate accounts andpayroll and guarantee compliance with local accounting, tax andsocial obligations • Budgeting and forecasting analysis(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, CAPEX, etc ) •Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings• Manage relations with the supervisory authorities• Preparation of monthly reporting and ensure control ofactivities as well as operational dashboards • Responsibleof both external and internal audits • Responsible ofTreasury department • Ensure a daily relationship with thecompany's head office and be able to provide adhoc analyseson request. • Finance Master Degree • Minimum 5+years of experience in a similar position or in accounting• Fluent in English & Arabic will be an addedadvantage • Forecasting skills • Multiculturalteams management
