Job details
Responsiblity:Coordinatingwith cross-discipline team members to make sure that all partiesare on track with project requirements, deadlines, andschedules.Meeting with project team members toidentify and resolve issues.Submitting projectdeliverables and ensuring that they adhere to qualitystandards.Preparing status reports bygathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevantinformation.Establishing effective projectcommunication plans and ensuring theirexecution.Facilitating change requests toensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule andbudget.Coordinating the development of usermanuals, training materials, and other documents as needed toenable successful implementation and turnover of the process orsystem to the clients.Identifying anddeveloping new opportunities withclients.Obtaining customer acceptance ofproject deliverables.Managing customersatisfaction within the project transitionperiod.Conducting post-project evaluation andidentifying successful and unsuccessful projectelements.ERP projectoversight.
