Provide clerical support to thetechnical department.Handle and resolvecustomer's complex technicalproblems.Schedule and organize technicalmeetings with customers to resolve technicalissues.Perform tests on equipment, electronicitems and machinery.Resolve and repairtechnical problems in equipment, electronic items andmachinery.Ensure total customer satisfactionthrough technical services.Implement safetystandards in handling customer products anditems.Charge and collect payments fromcustomers for technical services rendered.Keepup to date with the advance technical knowledge to serve customerseven better.Adhere to established technicalservice standards andprocedures.
