Job details
• Responsible for the execution ofcustodial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement.• Responsible for communicating and upholding companystandards, leading by example, working as a team and providing wellmaintained equipment and facilities. • Shall perform workin a manner that presents a clean, neat and professional appearancewhile maintaining satisfactory facility and equipment conditions.• Responsible for monitoring other country nationals inaccordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge. •Performs custodial work including, but not limited to, restroomcleaning and supply replenishment, floors, baseboards, corners andwall/floor edges, light fixtures, interior glass/mirrors, sink andcounter, laundry rooms, tables/desks, water potted plants, dusting,spot cleaning, outdoor patio cleaning, collect/remove trash, cleanrefrigerators/microwaves, sort linen, resupply clean linen, andrestock linen closet as specified in the PWS. • Shallfunction as a Facility Manager to assigned location(s) as specifiedin the PWS
