Interpreting project briefs andmeeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure allblueprints and technical drawings are completed tospecifications.Producing rough sketches andusing CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, andblueprints.Visiting sites to gatherinformation, and determine limitations and feasibility ofdesigns.Updating software, drawings, and otherdocuments.Remaining professional when feedbackis delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon aspossible.Ensuring drawings are compliant withbuilding regulations and engineeringprinciples.Communicating potential designissues to engineers andarchitects.
